Footwear Purchase Agreement and Size Disclaimer

We encourage customers to consult size charts, when available, and consider the brand-specific sizing variations before making a purchase.
2. Variations in Size: The buyer acknowledges that there may be variations in shoe sizing between different brands and even within the same brand due to different styles or manufacturing processes. Wise Steward Shop does not guarantee that a shoe size will fit precisely as expected based on sizes from other brands or previous purchases.
3. No Returns for Size Discrepancies: By agreeing to this purchase agreement, the buyer understands and accepts that Wise Steward Shop will not accept returns or offer exchanges for footwear that does not fit due to size discrepancy reasons, as long as the size delivered matches the size ordered by the customer.
4. Informed Purchases: Customers are encouraged to make informed purchases. Our team is available to provide sizing advice and answer any questions regarding shoe sizes. However, the final decision and responsibility for choosing the correct size rest solely with the customer.
5. Acceptance of Terms: Completing a purchase with Wise Steward Shop signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you are not willing to accept these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
By sending the downpayment or completing the purchase, I acknowledge that my agreement to these terms is part of my decision to buy, and I understand that this forms a binding agreement regarding my purchase.
